past fifteen years, we have developed our own customized software platform which
controls all aspects of our services and day-to-day operations. Our climate controlled
in-house data center backed up with redundant power is home to racks of application servers,
Cisco certified network infrastructure and an integrated VoIP phone system.
Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) allows for seamless interaction between all of our telephones and computers.
As the contact channels have expanded from voice to include email, web, and fax, CTI has expanded our integration
to include these expanded channels.
The remote back-up service provides us with a system for backing up and storing important files from our
computers. Our backup system is built around our custom-designed client software program that runs every
night while the computers are not in use. This program collects, compresses, encrypts, and transfers the
data to a remote off-site server. By utilizing automatic remote backups, all critical data is unlimitedly
stored in a secured off-site location.
