is the ability to offer replacement parts to the consumer.
This service feature allows for less in-store product returns and less accrued charges
for our clients.
Orders for replacement parts can be made by calling and directly speaking with a customer
service representative
, emailing, faxing or online. All orders made prior to 2:00 p.m.
EST are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped within 24-hours of the initial
request.
Prior to shipment, each consumer’s address must go through an address software correction
program in order to limit the number of returned shipments and ensures it is arriving at
the appropriate location. All shipments also go through a rate comparison analysis to
ensure our clients and your consumers are receiving the best price for each and every
shipment.
